Finally, Catching Up

Now that I have finished my two conferences (AERC and AHRD) in two countries (Canada and England) in June, with a vacation that involved servicing the car, getting the driveway paved, and visiting relatives for their anniversary, today is my first day in my long-strive for normalcy in my schedule and my life. I have a lot of blog posts in Ecto to post from the previous weeks, as well as photos to upload to Flickr. I think I have to catch up with all that before I begin configuring my new IBM Thinkpad T61 that arrived after a long delay. Sweet.

You got your Lenovo, I just started using my souped up Dell Inspiron 640m. Of course I've dropped this four times already (in its case but dropped nonetheless) along the two conferences we've been to so we'll see how long it will last me. I need some paddings of some sort at this point. I'm catching up as well and trying to get to the ET time zone quickly.
