I was weighed today and lost 4 pounds after my first week on Weight Watchers. That is the most I have lost in a week in several years. Hey, I have to start someplace and am happy I am following through with this decision. At least with the new Weight Watchers program, I am not hungry as I was in previous weight-loss efforts!

Dude, awesome job. As someone who's lost some weight over the past couple of years, it's REALLY nice to get complimented. A lot. :) Just remember two things: 1) Weight fluctuates because of water and the way the body works, so if you get a pound gain, don't get overly frustrated.. 2) Water is your friend. Seriously. I've learned to love the water bottle. Also, ping me if you find yourself in Vancouver. I'm not registered for the conference, but I'll be in the vicinity.
